Smoked Pork Chops

Smoked pork chops are a delicious yet simple way to kick up your pork chop game from that “Sprinkle & Bake” stuff in the oven. So throw that breading in a box stuff out to the yard birds, we’re cooking real food!

Here’s what you need:

4- 1” thick pork chops

Olive oil

Bo B Q Pork Rub


Directions:

  1. Let’s start by preheating our smoker with applewood to 225F.

  2. Coat the chops with olive oil and sprinkle both sides with Bo B Q Pork Rub. Now let’s head out to the smoker!

  3. Place chops on smoker grate and cook until the internal temperature reaches 150F (about 50- 120 minutes depending on the chops thickness).

  4. Remove from the smoker and rest the chops under foil for about 5 minutes. Plate it up with your favorite sides and enjoy!
